Pesca combines globally inspired coastal cuisine with bold Latin flavors and fresh from Florida ingredients.The word “Pesca”, derived from the Spanish word for fishing, was inspired from Michael’s late father’s favorite restaurant in his native Puerto Rico. Pesca is located in the Hyatt Hotel on Vilano Beach and features upscale dining, a wine library, and rooftop bar.

La Nouvelle is the next story in our culinary journey. This opportunity to bring French Nouveau cuisine to our city has us so excited. Bringing to the helm Matthieu Landillon from the coastal city of Marseille, La Nouvelle allows Chef Michael to explore classic French Bistro fare with an elevated edge. The atmosphere will lead you to the streets of Paris without leaving St. Augustine.

While we accept reservations at all of our restaurants, we do not require them. We allow some space for walk-in guests and our outdoor patios and courtyards offer additional seating, weather permitting. For last-minute dining feel free to call ahead or stop in and we will do always our best to accommodate you.
